Responsibility
- develop and implementing strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- create event proposals, budgets, timelines, and schedules
- securing venues, talent and other vendors/traders
- negotiate contracts and oversee vendor/trader relationships
- manage event logistics, including transportation, set-up, and de-rig
- coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure event messaging and branding is consistent
- develop and implement event marketing and promotional plans to attract attendees
- manage event registration, ticketing, and attendee communications
