- work with Jaja’s agencies to develop a programme of activity to ensure efficient spend and growth
- ensuring compliance of all acquisition activity and delivering best possible outcomes for our customers

Requirements
- experience in driving new customer acquisition through B2C marketing channels, both online and offline
- agency management experience, understanding how to translate channel KPIs into business outcomes
- previously managed large acquisition budgets, accountable for performance and comfortable with proving returns on spend
- A good understanding of credit decisioning and channel targeting
- experience in consumer credit is desirable
