Responsibility
- partake in disciplinary meetings and follow up meetings as required
- manage the throughput and downtime on the systems to reduce unnecessary lost time, whilst identifying potential improvements to achieve this
- to abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed
- to ensure all daily/weekly/monthly audits are completed, across all departments, providing cover for other Supervisors when required
- to ensure that all products are processed and dispatched to the required quality standards
- liaising with contractors, as required
- to undertake all accident investigations, ensure all witness statements are compiled, recorded, submitted, and actioned
- undertake POC duties on a rota system and provide cover for supervisory team as and when required
