Responsibility

  • overseeing project planning; ensuring client deadlines are met
  • direct line management responsibilities for 2 Call Centre Team Leaders and Data Team
  • creating positive relationships with all clients
  • being directly responsible for the Data Team, Call Centre Team Leaders and Senior Tele-researcher KPIs
  • overseeing management of the tele-research team
  • ensuring quality standard are met throughout the business
  • supporting the Senior Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the business
  • any other duties as required
