  • weighing drivers inbound and outbound over the weighbridge
  • accurately recording data
  • filing driver and customer paperwork
  • booking in telephone requests for collections and deliveries

Requirements

  • confidence in dealing and communicating with customers, both in person and on the phone
  • good organisation skills, adaptability and an ability to work accurately under pressure
  • competent on a PC and the use of email
  • you will be the first point of contact for the site for all visitors and external staff, customer service is an important part of the role. A pleasant demeanour and a positive attitude are essential
