Responsibility
- to adhere to the Company’s Policy & Procedures
- perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on many types of vehicles while maintaining company and industry standards and adhering to time constraints
- keeps work area clean, neat, and to company standards, especially to ensure safety of all team members
- to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment on an ongoing basis
- knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and ability to work to recognised processes and procedures
- providing excellent customer care
- administer all relevant service paperwork concisely and in a timely manner
- be an ambassador for the brand and company and to maintain company image through appearance and conduct
Requirements
- disciplined person who can work autonomously or as part of a team
- calm under pressure and good at meeting deadlines
- full UK Driving license
- engineering/ mechanical qualification or proven time served
- experience with diagnostic equipment and proficient with IT systems
- fabrication and welding ability/experience
- willingness to attend service training courses as required
