Responsibility

  • assist the credit control department to ensure the timely collection of debts in accordance with customer credit terms
  • daily posting of customer payments
  • contact customers using appropriate collection techniques to chase debtors
  • to answer customer queries and reconcile/allocate customer accounts
  • initiate debt collection with debt agencies or solicitors
