develop flat sketches and detailed tech packs
keep technical drawings/CADS and line sheets updated through the season for buying and merchandising meetings
participate in research and identifying, industry, fabric, technique, trim and technology trends
work closely with the factories to develop seasonal colour palettes and colour standards
create design packs and other materials to aid smooth handover to other teams
work closely with development/production team to streamline the product creation process
attend industry trade shows to present J&L’s latest development to support clients from a creative standpoint to the supplier base
