Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of food service operations, including , food preparation food safety
- manage and train a team of street food staff, ensuring high-quality food production and efficient workflow
- oversee the set up and set down of the street food unit on a daily basis
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
- collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients
- maintain a clean and organized street food unit environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation and service
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and new culinary techniques
Requirements
- proven experience as a Food Manager or similar role in the street food service industry
- in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- effective communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and customers
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
