  • lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
  • implement effective marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among the staff
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and liquor regulations
  • build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local businesses

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Bar/Pub Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • strong knowledge of the bar and pub industry, including beverage trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations
