  • assist with running the time-booking system
  • co-ordinate the manual purchase order system
  • goods receiving for raw materials on a timely basis
  • match and process invoices for all purchases
  • input daily stock details onto spreadsheets
  • balance from closing to opening stock and deal with discrepancies
