- logging issue tickets accurately
- proactively monitoring tickets on system
- contacting customers if faults occur
- answering inbound calls for support requests
- supervised visits to client sites for installations
- working closely with customers on the IT support desk, responding to their IT issues and faults, providing solutions and ensuring the company’s service levels are not breached
