ultimately, the successful candidate will replace 3rd party partners currently providing our support services
take ownership and respond to customer support tickets via email and telephone
liaise with the sales team and senior management to manage customer technical issues
educate customers and create/manage processes to reduce technical support contact
work with the sales team to deliver customer products and service including new PBX lines, changing PBX configurations and softphone licenses
perform on site and remote installation of VoIP telephony and associated products and services
as we enter a period of growth as a company we have a desire to bring a network engineer into our business who will have full responsibility and control for every aspect of our telephony infrastructure
day to day management and monitoring of our entire network infrastructure

Requirements
