Responsibility
- assist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and marketing events
- to provide calendar management and efficient coordination of meetings and other appointments on behalf of the CEO
- monitor the CEO’s emails, taking actions appropriately and prioritising urgent actions
- maintain mailing lists and contacts and check with contacts in LinkedIn
- assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments or messages
- facilitating a continual open line of communication with a list of customers, advisors, influencers and other relevant important stakeholders
- maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when communicating with the business
- do research on customers and prospects
