  • develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve productivity and streamline operations
  • collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling

Requirements

  • strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
  • proficient in materials handling techniques, including heavy lifting
  • experience with AS400 or similar inventory management systems
  • familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus
