Responsibility
regularly measuring and reporting back on our key performance metrics, such as website/social media traffic, audience engagement, bounce rates and ROAS
generate and develop physical marketing collateral for exhibitions, events and campaigns relevant to our services
build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant supported customers
IT Systems Communications Officer will Deliver on all digital aspects of a marketing/campaign plans including social media content and advertising, website maintenance, email marketing, SEO and all campaign activity
be a strong creative person with a track record of creating professional and on-brand visual and messaging concepts to promote the services of the company
where required, to support schools systems in line with IT Systems published SLA and Service Standards for Support
build upon and maintaining our strong company presence across multiple social media channels, with a strong emphasis on effective engagement and dialogue with followers
collaborating with others to continually improve our marketing activity and campaign results - we pride ourselves on staying ahead of the game
Requirements
previous experience in a similar role
appreciate and support the role of other professionals as part of this post
an appropriate Design and/or Media Qualification
excellent working knowledge of Wordpress and Social Media Content platform management
any other duties of a similar nature related to the post which may be required from time to time
experience working to mandatory deadlines
experience preparing campaign materials and delivering campaign programs
confident in using mainstream Microsoft applications, web-based applications and similar products
