Responsibility

  • assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes
  • documents processes and client demands for process improvement
  • logs, manages, and tracks user issues and cases
  • able to perform manual regression/Feature testing where needed
  • builds & tests automation builds, execution, and script troubleshooting
  • experience of managing testing activities for a defined project delivering to specified deadlines within an agile development environment
  • extensive hands on test experience within Agile projects, with a strong understanding of the Sprint, CI and release testing lifecycles
  • extensive automation experience and the ability to specify, to develop and to implement automation frameworks and advice on industry best practice

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • work experience in similar roles with proven experience as an SDET, developer, or strong Automation Engineer
  • proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation
  • proficient in any of the Test Automation tools like UFT, Selenium and Katalon Studio
  • proficient in GitHub, Gherkin, Cucumber, Selenium, Octane
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to identify risks and errors in applications
  • must remain updated with current and emerging trends in related sector
