Responsibility
- act as a front-line brand ambassador to guests and team members

- complete and submit Incident reports within 24hrs of event
- support initiatives to maintain brand standards
- attend and participate in all site meetings and events as required
- assisting in the protection of the work and assets at our site
- develop and maintain a professional relationship with all internal partners, site security and other key stakeholders to ensure all parties are well-informed with current and relative information
- support the completion of monthly Operational Control Checklist and Action Planning to increase operational standards
Requirements
- must be a team player with a keen sense on collaboration and growth mindset
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent customer service skills

- A proven track record within the security industry or related services
- A good standard of fitness
- A Banksman qualification is needed for this role
- A Banksman qualification would be a major bonus for this role
