Responsibility

  • we’re looking for a user researcher to join our team on a permanent basis
  • we’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys facilitating activities to uncover both user and business needs

  • if you have at least 3 years of professional experience and a diverse range of user research methods under your belt, this could be the perfect fit for you
  • planning and conducting user research sessions, including defining research goals, selecting methodologies, and recruiting participants
  • analysing user data and research findings to uncover patterns, trends, and user needs
  • creating user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to effectively communicate user insights to stakeholders
  • working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and users needs

Requirements

  • quantitative surveys
  • knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualisation techniques
  • familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • qualitative surveys
  • experience in working with the public sector
  • develop task-based scenarios
  • conduct both in-person and remote contextual observation, user testing, and research
