- we’re looking for a user researcher to join our team on a permanent basis
- we’re particularly interested in someone who enjoys facilitating activities to uncover both user and business needs

- if you have at least 3 years of professional experience and a diverse range of user research methods under your belt, this could be the perfect fit for you
- planning and conducting user research sessions, including defining research goals, selecting methodologies, and recruiting participants
- analysing user data and research findings to uncover patterns, trends, and user needs
- creating user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables to effectively communicate user insights to stakeholders
- working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and users needs
