  • demonstrated ability to apply business case development and project justification techniques to varying information technology related questions
  • demonstrated general knowledge of the electric utility industry and its regulatory environment
  • must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused to understand and appropriately respond to customers' business needs
