Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • provide 1st & 2nd Line Support on both software and hardware incidents/service requests to multiple clients
  • provide a superior level of customer service
  • explain technical issues to non-technical users
  • prioritise on incidents, based on impact and urgency
  • troubleshooting and support specifically related to networks, hardware, software and peripherals
  • familiar with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware issues, including dismantling and rebuilding, laptops and desktops
  • manage, support, build, setup and install all types of equipment including computers, networks, software, and printers
  • provide reactive and proactive support

Requirements

  • full driving license and own car

  • working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
