- project Administration- oversee monthly work tracker, required permits etc
- trouble shooting issues on site and liaising with colleagues
- co-ordinate third parties on site ensuring the have the correct plans, permits and information
- updating a daily priority list for yourself and other key staff on a fit-out project
- maintaining project specification and costs files in Excel and database
- preparing, facilitating, and minuting client meetings
- monitoring progress of design and fit out work against deadlines set out in the programme, using Microsoft project
- assisting with tender returns
- proactive, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
- ability to work as part of a team
- have a current valid Driving Licence
- to be successful in this role you must be able to prove eligibility to work in the UK
- ability to prioritise and work swiftly through a range of varied tasks to meet deadlines
- high level of professionalism when dealing with clients, colleagues, suppliers etc
- minimum 3-4 years’ experience within the design & construction fit -out industry – site and or / project delivery experience is essential
