Requirements
- 2.1 NVQ diploma in catering
- 2.2 Level 3 food and hygiene certificate
- 2.3 Three years’ experience of working in a commercial catering operation
- 3.1 Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively and enjoy multi-tasking and working to deadlines in a busy fast-changing environment
- 3.2 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
- 3.3 Effective with delegation, time management and motivation of a small operational team
- 3.4 Knowledgeable of best practice in food production methods
- 3.5 Ability to keep up to date with any legislative changes and implement modifications to policy and processes when necessary
Responsibility
- ▪ Work with local suppliers to source high quality products at reasonable cost
- ▪ Ordering stock and managing the inventory ensuring efficient budget control
- ▪ Ensure catering prices reflect cost and human resource and meet business objectives while offering customers value for money

- leading a small team in the delivery of simple, healthy, great tasting food to corporate clients, children's birthday parties and celebratory events. Develop our catering offer to meet business objectives
