Requirements
2.1 NVQ diploma in catering
2.2 Level 3 food and hygiene certificate
2.3 Three years’ experience of working in a commercial catering operation
3.1 Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise effectively and enjoy multi-tasking and working to deadlines in a busy fast-changing environment
3.2 Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
3.3 Effective with delegation, time management and motivation of a small operational team
3.4 Knowledgeable of best practice in food production methods
3.5 Ability to keep up to date with any legislative changes and implement modifications to policy and processes when necessary
Responsibility
▪ Work with local suppliers to source high quality products at reasonable cost
▪ Ordering stock and managing the inventory ensuring efficient budget control
▪ Ensure catering prices reflect cost and human resource and meet business objectives while offering customers value for money

leading a small team in the delivery of simple, healthy, great tasting food to corporate clients, children's birthday parties and celebratory events. Develop our catering offer to meet business objectives
