  • support and assist in regularly reviewing individual homes action plans and assist with the completion of agreed actions to drive continuous quality and commercial performance
  • build effective and constructive relationships with company staff and work effectively with other members of the Avery Healthcare support functions

  • to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness in the lounges and other communal areas

  • to be responsible for maintaining and cleaning soft furnishings, i.e. curtains, blinds, duvets, etc
