Responsibility

  • there will be some potential for home working, but this will be dependent on the volume of project work
  • ISHelp is looking for an experienced candidate to join an expanding team based in the Bristol area who will also be required to travel to other customer sites for project work
  • the successful applicant must be confident, self-assured, be capable of working without supervision and able to converse in a professional manner with technical peers and customer managers
  • applicants who have the desire to progress their knowledge, deliver added value and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience gained from within the UK Defence environment will be at an advantage
  • document system configurations, processes, and procedures

Requirements

  • certification in any of the core skills
  • proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role
  • strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and server technologies
  • proficiency in scripting languages is a plus
  • experience with virtualization technologies
  • windows Server 2019/2016 Administration
  • excellent knowledge of cloud computing platforms
  • windows Client Support
