Responsibility

  • this role is bank/as required to cover annual leave and sickness
  • shifts are 24 hours, starting at 10am or 12pm until 10am the following day
  • the shifts include a sleep night of £67.50 a night, total for the shift is £172.50 or £225
  • we require people who have the initiative to work on their own and are confident in doing so
  • exciting opportunity to join a Supported Living company in Exeter as a Bank Support Worker/Enabler, enabling and supporting 3 gentlemen to lead full and independent lives
  • you must be able to problem solve, be patient and kind
  • we have a degree of flexibility regarding the shifts you will be required to cover so we can accommodate someone with an additional job
  • we are looking for individuals who have at least 2 years experience and understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues
