Responsibility
- this is an exciting opportunity to work with a small but growing business, and a recognised specialist within their field
- manage day to day schedule of technical in-house and onsite work
- co-ordinate equipment for service engineer and mapping exercises
- ensure calibration laboratory is maintained and serviced
- responsible for ensuring quality standards are met within the technical department
- be a point of contact for clients
- working as part of an established, supportive, and friendly team you will oversee the day to day running of the administrative and technical departments within the business to ensure products and services are delivered to our thermal mapping and temperature monitoring customers
- provide sales quotes, sales processing and shipping when required
Requirements
- experience of products and services of a technical nature
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- experience of industrial data collection systems
- able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors
- ability to collate and interpret data to write technical reports from the results
- ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required
- ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales are met
- A Clean full driving licence
