- responding to internal and external requests, liaising with stakeholders as appropriate
- supporting event management and organisation of meetings including diary management, travel bookings, creation of materials and presentations and correspondence with stakeholders
- managing stakeholder relationships with external bodies, membership organisations, and partners and attending meetings where required
- supporting the submission of various responsible business-related award and benchmarking entries, including liaising with stakeholders to collate responses and evidence
- drafting communications for a variety of channels to promote activities and embed our strategy
- providing administrative and organisational support to our colleague networks, for example our Community Investment Forum and Diversity Network Groups
- this will include attending meetings, taking minutes where required and ensuring actions are followed up
- working with our RB Manager and Procurement and Supplier Management teams to help us embed sustainability throughout our supply chain
