  • fluent in written and spoken German and English

  • previous experience of working in a telephone based Business to Business Customer Service , Sales or Marketing role
  • separate workspace at home, free from distractions
  • separate/appropriate work space, free from distractions
  • monday to Friday, 37 hours a week: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am-3:30pm on Fridays
