Responsibility
- supporting and acting as a role model to new members of the team
- cashing up at the end of shifts
- ensure the bar cleanliness and safety is maintained to a high standard
- maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons
- must be ambitious/passionate about the roll as this is a growing business with plans to expand to further sites which will create more opportunities for the right candidates
- supervising staff, implementing, and maintaining procedures as well as ensuring all product and service standards are being met according to the bar specs
- working with diverse personalities both with the staff and patrons. - Repeat business is an important revenue stream so developing relationships is key
Requirements
- previous experience in cocktail making
- head Bartender/Bar Supervisor experience
- enthusiasm for cocktails and spirits
- be confident in a busy, high end environment
