Requirements

• proven experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
• A recognized qualification in social care, such as NVQ Level 5 or a relevant nursing qualification
• in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care provision

• proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems
• working Knowledge of Safeguarding | Protection of the Person | Adult Protection
• working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for Domiciliary/Supported living and Day Care Centre's, Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations and Care Act 2014
• working knowledge of children's safeguarding procedures
