- digital lead for several workstreams, and responsible for eCommerce optimisation through CRO projects alongside broader D2C optimisations

- driving individual and team performance, mentoring and guiding team members , helping develop digital analytics skills
- build relationships across external clients and internal stakeholders, building confidence and trust
- work with leadership team to build & develop our Digital Analytics vision within the Data & Analytics team, championing our team internally & externally
