Responsibility
- we are looking for a motivated and experienced Ofsted Registered Care Manager children care home
- you will be responsible for providing the young people in the service with high-quality care
- you are in charge of executing all care services and strategic strategies for house improvements and all day-to-day management issues
- you will be registered with Ofsted as the Registered Manager
- if successful, you will provide physical and emotional support to the service user, manage the day-to-day care planning and operations, and supervise teams of carers
- registered Manager is a position of great responsibility and confidentiality. The position holder will be required to demonstrate initiative and judgement at a level that is according to this expectation
- if you are motivated to help young people achieve independence then this may be of interest to you
- you will exhibit the capacity to expand on the established guidelines and practices found in the service and proactively support the ongoing advancement of these standards at home
