Responsibility
- to ensure we are able to achieve this, we are looking for a full-time store’s person within our parts department
- at iRG we are passionate about customer service and endeavour to make the customers journey as smooth as possible. To do this we must achieve efficiency, organisation, and structure within our departments
- the desired person will be a valued team member, who has the ability to work well with other departments and can evidence skills such as communication, organisation, and proactivity
- the candidate will maintain effective liaison with various other departments within the business and be approachable for all customers and suppliers to assist with queries
- they will update and notify the site manager with inventory control and maintain up to date knowledge of new or updated parts
- documentation will be a large part of the role; all paperwork and parts requisitions need to be completed accurately. The parts department will be their responsibility and will need to be kept tidy and organised at all times
- it’s vital that all incoming deliveries are checked and placed in the correct places, kept securely and in good conditions and any discrepancies should be reported to the line manager
