Requirements
- previous experience and understanding of working as part of a Customer
- service team, ideally within the electronics industry
- excellent organisation skills with effective time management and prioritisation skills
- good communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- other language/languages extremely beneficial
- good interpersonal skills and friendly telephone manner
- computer literate and able to use CRM, ERP and general office software tools
