Responsibility

  • collaborate closely with the Royalties Director and senior rights managers to ensure effective planning and execution of royalties recoupment strategies
  • collaborate closely with Artist Managers to ensure effective planning and execution of artist development strategies
  • oversee the administration and collection of neighbouring rights royalties for our artists
  • assist in coordinating and managing artists’ schedules, including rehearsals, performances, and promotional activities
  • develop and maintain relationships with collecting societies and other relevant organizations worldwide
  • contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns to maximise artists’ exposure and reach
  • identify and register eligible recordings for neighbouring rights royalties
  • support artists in their creative endeavours, providing guidance, feedback, and resources to facilitate their growth and artistic development
