Requirements

  • previous experience in a customer facing role
  • previous veterinary or animal care role would be preferred
  • confident in answering the phone
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • calm manner with dealing with difficult situations
  • good computer skills
  • customer facing: 1 year
  • working in a veterinary setting: 1 year

Responsibility

  • responsible for delivering the best service, exceeding expectations in animal welfare standards whilst adhering to health and safety policies
  • ensuring that our clients enjoy a positive, memorable and rewarding experience exceeding their expectations
  • able to demonstrate expertise and knowledge in all aspects of grooming, with the ability to groom all dogs to breed standard without guidance

Requirements

  • minimum of one years’ experience, with ideally an industry qualification or in-house training
  • confident in handling all breeds of dogs in a safe manner
  • having the highest of expectations in presentation and cleanliness in your working environment
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently
  • part time – Saturday / Sunday – additional hours may be available during staff absence / holiday times
  • excellent communication skills will be fully utilised as you will be dealing with clients and their pets on a daily basis; confidently being able to promote the service we offer
