  • to maintain a positive and friendly approach to all member and guest enquiries
  • be approachable and give members and guests an individual personable service
  • to provide courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable service always
  • to ensure the Clubhouse is kept stocked, clean and tidy
  • to implement and adhere to all health and safety procedures
  • excellent communication skills
  • to ensure the presentation of the casual and lounge bars and dining areas are of the highest standard to receive members and guests
  • to have excellent knowledge of food and beverage products and be a keen up seller, Barista, bar and ideally cellar training would be an advantage but training can be provided
