Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- 1st port of call for all IT Support enquiries as well as assisting 2nd/3rd line and SMT with projects/cases
- monitor 1stLine support queue using our in-house ticketing system
- adhere to response/support SLAs based on client entitlements
- provide a broad range of technical support to all our clients
- provide practical help and assistance via phone, email, remote access
- working on projects assigned to you, as and when required
- promote a high level of customer service to our clients to achieve our high standard of service
- building and maintaining hardware solutions for clients
Requirements
- knowledge of Office Apps for Apple Mac & Windows and mobile devices
- knowledge of MS365 environment & cloud storage solutions
- knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Mac OS
- knowledge of network devices
- strong communication skills are essential
- experience in customer facing role is desirable but not essential
- full driving licence is essential, and access to vehicle is desirable
- basic understanding of Cyber Security
