it support technician

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • 1st port of call for all IT Support enquiries as well as assisting 2nd/3rd line and SMT with projects/cases
  • monitor 1stLine support queue using our in-house ticketing system
  • adhere to response/support SLAs based on client entitlements
  • provide a broad range of technical support to all our clients
  • provide practical help and assistance via phone, email, remote access
  • working on projects assigned to you, as and when required
  • promote a high level of customer service to our clients to achieve our high standard of service
  • building and maintaining hardware solutions for clients

Requirements

  • knowledge of Office Apps for Apple Mac & Windows and mobile devices
  • knowledge of MS365 environment & cloud storage solutions
  • knowledge of Windows 10/11 & Mac OS
  • knowledge of network devices
  • strong communication skills are essential
  • experience in customer facing role is desirable but not essential
  • full driving licence is essential, and access to vehicle is desirable
  • basic understanding of Cyber Security
