Responsibility
being the ‘eyes and ears’ of the company through regularly feeding back retailer and consumer reaction and information
being the first line of contact and support for administrative and sales data issues for your territory
as part of the role there will be travel to visit key partners and customers
in conjunction with the Managing Director, develop sales globally by identifying and opening new key accounts and by optimising the sales and profitability of the existing account base
the Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales strategies focused on expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth in the defined market
the successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to understand our product offerings and identify opportunities to create and deliver value to our customer
log and maintain all customer activity on the Company’s CRM system , ensuring the information is accurate and up to date at all times
follow up sales leads within 24 hours
Requirements
natural flair for selling
minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development
experience selling B2B and managing key accounts
experience working in a customer focused environment
numerate with the ability to produce and interpret performance data
approachable with a ‘can do’ attitude
understanding of consumer products and the market the Company operates in
ability to build strong business relationships
