- working with the manufacturing team to ensure delivery of product on time and in spec
- these solutions accelerate and advance biomedicine across a wide range of applications including gene editing, disease modelling and drug discovery; with current customers from universities, hospitals and industry
- identifying and finding solutions to manufacturing issues as they arise
- our employees are motivated to deliver the most innovative next generation technologies in biomedicine that will ultimately translate ideas to clinics faster
- development of manufacturing processes and documentation
- ensuring new and demo instruments are operating to specification
Requirements
- strong practical ability, particularly in small scale precision assembly
- previous experience as production/manufacturing/service engineer
- evidence of education in engineering/physics/science or related field
- basic understanding of biology
- previous experience assembling and/or fixing electromechanical products. Non-work activities will also be considered
- experience with building and/or programming robotics
- free to travel internationally
- strong IT skills, with ability to pick up new software quickly
