Responsibility
dealing with new, swapped and returned devices and ensuring these are de-provisioned, batteries removed and put into relevant stock
facilities and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing relationships with vendors and service providers
preparing and tracking the completion of loan agreements, non-disclosure agreements and any new supplier/distribution/introducer agreements
maintaining records and carrying out monthly invoice/device comparisons
about You
obtaining relevant information from enquirers, accurately recording client enquiries and information gained from calls, and entering details on the CRM system
completing other ad-hoc tasks as requested by your Line Manager and senior management team
