The company is not a promising one, they will get a contract from the 3rd party and use their funds to pay you while they charge the client an extortion. The only support you will get is a junior from offshore who will manage you in an unprofessional manner. From day 1 you on the backfoot as the projects have already started with no proper handovers and documentation.
