  • supporting Sales Reps achieve their goals
  • dealing with new and existing customers / clients
  • managing peoples accounts and making sure their query's are answered professionally and dealt with quickly
  • maintaining a high level of customer service with the customers
  • maintaining a high level of customer service with not just our clients but the customers
  • helping sales department to close & organise deals
  • we provide daily sales, customer service, quality & growth training sessions on a day to day basis and each new candidate is placed within a team and assigned a team leader to support them
  • data entry for new customers done to high standard to ensure its processed correctly
