Responsibility
cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key investors, agents, and partners to expand the company's network and customer base
drive sales of off-plan and assisted living properties to investors
stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations
collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication, alignment of goals, and seamless sales processes
prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management for senior management review
A competitive starting salary of £24,000 with a realistic OTE of £80,000+
Requirements
demonstrated excellence in sales and negotiation, with a track record of consistently achieving and exceeding targets
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and team members
proficient in data analysis, interpreting sales metrics, and making data-driven decisions
self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
possess knowledge of the real estate industry, property investment market, and relevant sales strategies
