Responsibility
- inverurie Smile Care are seeking a Dental Receptionist/Nurse to work on a part-time basis
- there are also a variety of administration tasks to complete
- dental Nursing is not essential although this would be advantageous
- the working pattern is 25 hours per week, working 10am - 3pm. Additional hours will also be required for holiday and sickness cover so flexibility is needed
- our award-winning dental practice in Inverurie is a great place to work; we pride ourselves on giving the best service to our patients and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and colleagues
- the role involves taking incoming calls and booking patients into the appropriate time slots for their needs; welcoming patients into the practice, handling any financial transactions and re-booking requirements
- if you are an effective communicator with excellent administration skills and keen attention to detail; with a friendly, positive attitude and a focus on teamwork who is able to work independently and remain calm in a fast paced environment, you could be the person we are looking for
- preparing and maintaining dental instruments, equipment, and materials
