we’re looking for an Architectural Technician to join our ambitious and growing team at IDA
you will be working alongside a variety of other professionals including clients, contractors, consultants & IDA’s amazing team members
due to the business’s extensive growth since IDA’s inception 8 years ago, our projects cover many areas across the UK
you will play an integral part in our busy studio, supporting the full team by producing drawings for planning applications, building control submissions and detailed construction packs
we’re searching for THE best person for the role and a great addition to what is already a fantastic team and are open to discussing both full-time and part-time arrangements

Requirements
bachelor's degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field
proficient in AutoCAD
A great eye for detail & strong technical drawing skills
A good understanding of the Building Regulations
ability to interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections
ability to work independently & in a studio setting, good with communication & collaboration
ability to meet deadlines & work under pressure
open to travel, hold full UK driver’s license
