Requirements
- experience of running a caseload
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- ability to work independently and as part of the team is essential
- confidence and willingness to undertake business development with a view to developing and promoting the firm and its core values
- excellent communication skills to include written communication and legal drafting and undertaking own advocacy
- demonstrate a high level of legal knowledge and aptitude commensurate with the role and experience including undertaking own advocacy to confidently run your own caseload autonomously with limited supervision
- manage a busy and varied case load whilst meeting high standards of client care, with an ability to appropriately delegate to other members of the team and to assist, as required with supervision
- maintain excellent file management to include ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and ensure compliance with internal protocols as well as the requisite regulatory requirements on all matters
