  • bookkeeping for Sales and purchase ledger items
  • bank reconciliation
  • month end adjustments and journals
  • VAT return preparations and submissions
  • liaising with head office regarding monthly reporting and adhoc queries
  • assisting colleagues to compile expense claims and schedule payment
  • loading payment requests to the Expense approval system provided by China

Requirements

  • ACCA approved or certified accountant
  • finance or management experience • Experience working with overseas customers/suppliers • Experience of XERO
  • accounting: 2 years
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
