- this job is about you actively supporting getting the schedule done
- this role is the first point of contact for engineers to escalate for support
- the PMO lead will need to agree a set of reports with the MD and monitor those conditions regularly
- this is a PMO lead for multiple engineering teams in the field of autonomous platforms so the candidate must show practical experience of leading projects in this sector above and beyond a graduate university level or minor interaction
- we require a person with a strong knowledge of how these projects work and how to problem solve specific types of issues
- as a result, this person must be able to understand the business, the projects, the suppliers, the technologies and have a passion for completing / finishing
- as such this is a role that may need to work outside hours, drive to suppliers premises, build relationships and negotiate a position
